Il canto della terra
curated by Paolo Repetto

Il canto della terra, a group exhibition curated by Paolo Repetto, on view from 20 February to 11 April 2025, explores the intimate and complex relationship between human beings and nature in an era of increasing urbanisation and environmental challenges, through a visual journey that brings together artists of international calibre.

Part of the diffuse festival “L’Uomo e il Clima“, the exhibition invites us, through a variety of artistic languages, from site-specific installations to photography, from sculpture to land art and music, to reflect on our ancestral connection with the earth, our responsibility towards the environment and the intrinsic beauty of the landscape, celebrating its eternal dance and taking us on an artistic pilgrimage where art becomes an echo of the whisper of the wind, the trembling of the water, the breathing of the earth.

With works by Giovanni Anselmo, Mirella Bentivoglio, Joseph Beuys, Alberto Burri, Gianni Caravaggio, Daniele De Lonti, Olafur Eliasson, Hamish Fulton, Mario Giacomelli, Piero Gilardi, Andy Goldsworthy, Michael Heizer (photographs by Gianfranco Gorgoni),  Michelangelo Pistoletto,  Richard Long,  Ana Mendieta,  David Nash, Ernesto Neto, Giuseppe Penone, Alessandro Piangiamore, Arcangelo Sassolino, Robert Smithson, (photographs by Gianfranco Gorgoni), Barthélémy Toguo, James Turrell, Laura Viale.
